Fantastic Hotel Experience!

My room was clean upon arrival. I liked the good size television in my room! The location suited my travel needs well, and free parking was available onsite. The staff demonstrated friendliness and were at 110% efficiency in their work.
At one point , the heating system malfunctioned. This became rather bothersome. I hope they improve the equipment for the comfort of future guests.

noisy peoplesmaller area
i was really looking forward to a quiet drink in the bar. seemingly there was a conference and the bar was full of noisy people. the quietist place was a smaller area showing ladies football. i fought my way to the bar to order drinks. no quiet drink for me prior to going out.

the room was clean upon arrival.
i encountered problems with the bathroom the door was hard to open. it often got stuck. the sofa bed felt cramped within the space. i would not recommend this room for a family of our size.

The room had a lovely setup with petals on the bed. The room felt spacious and very clean. It included a large en suite. The breakfast was lovely with hot food and many options to choose from, including various drinks. I could have as much as I wanted..
The outdoor garden area needs a makeover. It seemed a little neglected. The hotel's flags outside looked quite worn, a bit of a letdown.
